Additional RAM
What does ?additional RAM? mean? How will you assign extra RAM memory to your virtual or dedicated hosting server?
If you use a VPS for online and offline apps, you might come across a scenario where they don't perform properly because of insufficient physical memory. This can happen if you try to run an application that requires more RAM than the amount your package deal comes with, or if you have too many apps and some of them consume all the memory, leaving no free RAM for the others. Even in case you get a powerful package deal, this could happen if you add more programs on the hosting server at some point, and since it's possible that you shall need only more physical memory, but not higher Processor speeds or more disk space, we offer a RAM upgrade which you could use without changing your entire plan. This way, you could pay just for the system resources that you need and you'll be able to avoid errors on your Internet sites caused by deficiency of memory and the inability of the VPS to load the applications.
Additional RAM in VPS
The RAM upgrade is available in increments of 128 MB with every virtual private servers which we offer, no matter if it is a low-end or a high-end one. In case you know that you will need more RAM from the beginning, you could add it on the order page, while if you need it after your server is already working, you could add it from your billing Control Panel with only a couple of mouse clicks. The additional memory will be assigned to your existing plan automatically, so there will be no downtime and you won't have to do anything manually on your end. Since we create several VPS accounts on powerful physical servers, there shall always be enough 100 % free RAM that can be allocated to any of the accounts, regardless of what upgrade you or any other client needs. This scalability means that your sites can grow without limiting their performance or the number of users that can browse them all at once.
